Construction

This project was constructed in Central Washington University's lab. Some of the parts subjected to other machining processes to get them ready to work on such as grinding, drilling, and welding. Also some of parts were purchased from local stores or online.

The motor's mount after drilling the square tubes to fix it on the base of the bike. Four pieces of square tubes 1"x1" and 5" long.

 

 

After machining two slots on the above square tubes to hold the shaft. Also, welding the square tubes to the basic mount, so they can hold the tire and sheave.

Drilling the Al sheet to place the motor on it.

Measuring the distance between the tubes to balance the mount.
